Job Title: Admissions & Sales Coordinator

Company Overview: A privately held, start-up home care organization based on Long Island, NY, focused on connecting families with trusted in-home care services.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (fully on-site)
Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 base salary (hourly), plus a generous performance-based bonus structure. On-target first-year earnings of approximately $95,000, with top performers earning more.
About the Role
We're seeking a driven, energetic Admissions & Sales Coordinator to play a key role in helping families access care. This is a relationship-and-results-driven position — not a traditional administrative role — focused on converting referrals into admissions through consistent follow-up and relationship-building with referral sources and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective clients and families to guide them through the admissions process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals
- Follow up consistently on referrals to maximize admissions
- Manage multiple active opportunities with organization and persistence
- Learn and master the company's intake process (full training provided)
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth client experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by performance-based results
- Persistent and comfortable with consistent outreach/follow-up
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Home care or broader healthcare industry experience preferred, not required
- Must be able to commute on-site 5 days/week to Uniondale, NY
