Production Associate
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble, inspect, and package filtration products in a clean, fast-paced industrial warehouse environment. This position typically works four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, allowing you to enjoy three-day weekends. Overtime may be available based on business needs. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble filtration products, components, and related hardware according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Read and interpret production orders, work instructions, and inspection guidelines to ensure product accuracy.
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools to assemble and secure components to required specifications.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with moving materials using pallet jacks or hand trucks as needed.
- Demonstrate accountability through dependable attendance, productivity, and commitment to quality.
- Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to safely use common hand and power tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, tape measures, and drills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds regularly.
- Work in an industrial warehouse environment with moving equipment and production machinery.
- Occasionally work from ladders or elevated platforms.
- Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and respiratory protection when necessary.
- Possess normal vision, hearing, manual dexterity, and mobility required to safely perform job duties.
