Personal Injury Case Manager

Location: Coral Gables, FL
Schedule: Monday through Friday

We are seeking a bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to join a growing legal team in Coral Gables. This position is responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in English and Spanish.
• Provide clients with regular case updates and answer questions throughout the process.
• Coordinate medical treatment and track ongoing care.
• Request, gather, and organize medical records and billing statements.
• Assist with preparing demand packages and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate case notes, deadlines, and file documentation.
• Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other involved parties.
• Ensure cases remain organized and continue progressing toward resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• 1 yr + of personal injury experience as a case manager or insurance adjuster.
• Previous experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client-service skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
