Provider Enrollment Representative 

The Opportunity

We're seeking detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Provider Enrollment Representatives. In this role, you'll review and process Medicare provider enrollment applications, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and provide excellent support throughout the enrollment process.

What You'll Do

• Process Medicare provider enrollment applications
• Verify application accuracy and completeness
• Research provider information
• Contact providers for missing documentation
• Maintain provider records
• Process EFT enrollments
• Respond to enrollment inquiries
• Meet production and quality goals

What We're Looking For

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail

Preferred

• Provider enrollment experience
• Healthcare industry experience
• Production environment experience
