💰 Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary: $55,000 + Uncapped Commission

• First-Year Earnings: $80,000–$90,000

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and social media

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities

• Schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients

• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions

• Negotiate and close deals while overcoming objections

• Collaborate with internal teams to drive results

• Maintain strong relationships and gather client feedback

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred)

• Experience with cold calling and new business development

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and related systems

Work Environment

• Field-based role working at client locations

• In-person, hands-on environment

• Requires frequent walking, standing, and movement throughout the day
