Travel Sourcing Specialist

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 40 Hours per Week | Onsite

About the Opportunity

Ascendo Resources is partnering with a global leader in the travel and hospitality industry to hire a Travel Sourcing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced corporate sourcing team supporting large-scale contract administration and sourcing initiatives across multiple business units.

This role will focus on reducing a high-volume contract backlog while supporting sourcing and contract execution activities for global ground transportation vendors. If you have experience managing contracts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and thrive in a detail-oriented corporate environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and procurement activities for corporate travel and transportation services.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate execution of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, extensions, and related contract documentation.
• Track contract lifecycles, including renewals, expirations, and compliance deadlines.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution.
• Maintain contract documentation, sourcing trackers, and reporting dashboards.
• Review vendor data, pricing, and contract coverage to identify inconsistencies and support sourcing initiatives.
• Follow up on outstanding contract actions to ensure completion while maintaining compliance and documentation standards.
• Assist with reporting and status updates for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate sourcing, procurement, or contract administration experience.
• Experience managing:
  • Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
  • Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Contract amendments
  • Contract extensions
  • Contract lifecycle management
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience maintaining trackers, documentation, and reports.
• Experience working closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting transportation, logistics, mobility, or travel-related sourcing.
• Experience working within a large corporate or multi-brand organization.
• Experience using procurement, sourcing, or contract management systems.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
