Position Overview

Ascendo Resources is representing a rapidly growing client in the Irving, TX area that is expanding its marketing team and seeking an experienced Marketing Manager.

This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing initiatives focused on increasing brand awareness, strengthening community relationships, and supporting continued customer and market growth.

The Marketing Manager will oversee campaigns across both digital and traditional channels while helping maintain a strong and consistent brand presence. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating across departments, and taking marketing initiatives from concept through execution.

The position will work closely with senior marketing leadership, internal business partners, agencies, vendors, and community organizations to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity across all customer-facing channels and marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and visual standards across marketing initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of brand campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement, and customer trust.
  • Review marketing materials for accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand standards.

Integrated Marketing & Creative Services

  • Manage the development and production of creative assets across digital advertising, direct mail, email, websites, social media, outdoor advertising, print collateral, and sales materials.
  • Coordinate marketing and creative projects from initial concept through final production and distribution.
  • Partner with freelance designers, photographers, printers, creative agencies, and other outside resources.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining deadlines and production schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns align with broader business and customer acquisition objectives.

Community Marketing & Events

  • Plan and execute community events, sponsorships, grand openings, ribbon cuttings, trade shows, and local market activations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with chambers of commerce, municipalities, schools, nonprofit organizations, business groups, and other community partners.
  • Identify opportunities to increase the organization's visibility and engagement within local markets.
  • Represent the company at community and business events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, sponsorship deliverables, and post-event follow-up.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, printers, promotional product suppliers, event vendors, and other marketing partners.
  • Obtain and evaluate estimates, negotiate costs, and coordinate production timelines.
  • Track marketing expenditures and ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
  • Monitor vendor performance, quality, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist with marketing budget planning, allocation, and reporting.

Campaign Execution & Performance

  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with internal teams to support customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on marketing activities and results.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign execution, audience engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support growth strategies and marketing decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with exposure to multiple marketing disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, creative projects, events, and external vendors.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong creative judgment with an eye for branding, design, and customer-facing messaging.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms.
  • Experience managing agencies, printers, promotional vendors, and other external marketing partners.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally within a fast-paced, growing organization.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within telecommunications, technology, utilities, consumer services, subscription-based businesses, or another rapidly growing consumer-focused organization.
  • Experience supporting new market launches, geographic expansion, or local customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Background in community marketing, sponsorships, events, or public relations.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and analyzing campaign performance.

Compensation & Location

  • Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000
  • Additional Compensation: Bonus opportunity
