We are seeking a dependable and professional Client Relations Specialist to support client accounts within a fast-paced logistics environment. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely updates, responding to questions, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with multiple priorities, and confident communicating by phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding shipments, service updates, questions, and concerns.
  • Provide professional and timely customer service through phone and email communication.
  • Monitor client requests and follow up to ensure issues are resolved appropriately.
  • Coordinate with operations and other internal departments to obtain shipment information and provide accurate updates to clients.
  • Maintain organized records of client communications, requests, and account activity.
  • Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, emails, and other documentation as needed.
  • Identify service issues and work with the appropriate teams to develop solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients.
  • Handle multiple requests and priorities in a deadline-driven logistics environment.
  • Perform additional client service and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, client relations, account support, logistics, transportation, or a related environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach to handling client questions and concerns.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and working with technology.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a collaborative team.

Schedule

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. Candidates must have flexibility to work a schedule based on business and operational needs.

Schedules may include:

  • Monday – Friday
  • Tuesday – Saturday
  • Sunday – Thursday

The assigned schedule may change, so schedule flexibility is required.
