The Senior Financial Analyst will prepare complex analyses for senior leadership while also helping evaluate, prioritize, and implement improvements to the systems and tools used by finance and accounting teams.

This opportunity is particularly well suited for a financial analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of finance, reporting, systems, and business process improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of finance and reporting systems.
  • Manage and facilitate user requests related to financial systems and toolsets.
  • Support finance and accounting users who need assistance or training with financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Prioritize system and reporting enhancements based on cost, benefit, business impact, and organizational needs.
  • Partner with accounting, finance, technology, and other cross-functional stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and operating results.
  • Perform work with strong attention to accuracy, controls, deadlines, and financial-process discipline.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated experience preparing and analyzing complex financial reports and financial data.
  • Experience performing substantive financial analysis that supports business or management decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience working with financial systems, reporting systems, ERP platforms, or related finance technology.
  • Experience improving, implementing, enhancing, or supporting financial reporting systems or tools.
  • Ability to gather and evaluate business or user requirements and translate them into practical system, reporting, or process improvements.
  • Experience working with finance, accounting, technology, operational, or other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate financial analysis under defined deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Preferred Background

  • Microsoft Excel experience.
  • SAP Accounting or other enterprise ERP experience.
  • Experience supporting finance or accounting users across multiple teams, business units, plants, or locations.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, healthcare, medical device, or another operationally complex environment.
  • Experience with finance transformation, reporting automation, ERP enhancement, or financial systems implementation.
  • Familiarity with controlled financial environments where accuracy, governance, and auditability are important.
