Our cllient a manufacturer of specialty products, tools and equipment are looking to hire a Senior Procurement Analyst.

Location: Miami- the position is fully onsite however, flexible for future hybrid once earned.

Position:  Senior Procurement Analyst

Software: NETSUITE and advanced excel

Industry experience: Manufacturing or Distribution

 salary of up to $100K depending on experience but open to individuals higher as long as they have the experience and are results driven. No bonus structure.

-Strong procurement background

-Experience managing large vendor accounts

-S&OP process experience

-Manufacturing experience

-Transition from manufacturing into distribution

-Customer-facing experience

-Strong finance and numbers background, meaning with forecasting, analytical

-Advanced Excel

Bilingual: English and Spanish or Chinese (just someone bilingual is a plus due to them working international vendors.)

Looking for someone innovative and results driven.

First 90 days / responsibilities

-Work with key accounts

-Learn and manage metrics and deliverables

-Take ownership and be responsible for assigned areas

-S&OP forecasting

-Data analysis

-Procurement transactions

Key performance indicators (KPIs)

-Expense management

-Price negotiation

-On-time delivery

-Forecasting / avoiding overselling

-Results-driven person
