We are seeking a creative and results-driven Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to support recruitment marketing and talent attraction initiatives within a large healthcare organization. This individual will help execute integrated marketing campaigns designed to attract and engage prospective candidates while strengthening the organization’s employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute recruitment marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, SMS, and other sourcing channels.
  • Manage day-to-day CRM activity, including building and segmenting candidate audiences, scheduling email/SMS campaigns, and supporting automated marketing workflows.
  • Create and schedule recruitment-focused social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Glassdoor.
  • Support content development for job advertisements, recruitment campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and candidate communications.
  • Develop basic marketing materials and graphics using tools such as Canva and generative AI platforms.
  • Coordinate job postings, digital advertising placements, and targeted candidate attraction campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, including engagement, click-through rates, conversions, applications, and other recruitment marketing KPIs.
  • Partner with recruiting and talent sourcing teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with current hiring needs and recruitment goals.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience executing digital marketing and candidate attraction campaigns.
  • CRM and marketing automation experience, including audience segmentation, email/SMS campaigns, and automated workflows; Phenom People experience is a plus.
  • Social media marketing experience, primarily LinkedIn and Facebook, including content creation, scheduling, advertising, and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Glassdoor.
  • Basic content creation and graphic design experience, ideally using Canva and generative AI tools.
  • Campaign analytics and reporting experience, with the ability to interpret engagement, CTR, conversions/applications, and other KPIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative, organized, and forward-thinking approach.
