Locations: Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio, TX
Compensation: $40k-$45k base salary + uncapped commission; first-year earning potential up to $80,000
Vehicle Allowance: $400 per month
Schedule: Full-time with flexibility

Our client is a fast-growing, private equity-backed telecommunications company expanding its residential and business internet services throughout Texas. We are seeking ambitious, outgoing Field Sales Representatives who enjoy meeting new people and building relationships within local communities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced door-to-door salesperson or a motivated professional looking to build a successful sales career. You will sell broadband internet services to homeowners and businesses in smaller towns and rural communities throughout your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door outreach to homeowners and local businesses
  • Present broadband internet solutions and explain their benefits
  • Generate new customers through warm leads, prospecting and community engagement
  • Build strong relationships within assigned rural and suburban communities
  • Manage leads and follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process
  • Meet or exceed individual sales and activity goals
  • Perform customer-service quality checks following new installations
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information
  • Represent the company professionally at community events and local activities

Qualifications

  • Previous door-to-door, field, outside or direct-to-consumer sales experience preferred
  • Energetic, ambitious and comfortable approaching new customers
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and structure a productive 40-hour workweek
  • Comfortable working in rural and smaller-town communities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new technology
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to successfully complete a background check
