Accounts Payable Specialist – Hybrid

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Pay: $25–$29 per hour
Job Type: Temporary-to-Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00/9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hybrid: Four days onsite; Fridays remote

A growing national healthcare organization is hiring two Accounts Payable Specialists to join its Fort Lauderdale team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on AP experience who is looking for a stable, long-term position with a large organization.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently using Coupa
• Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentation
• Research and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment questions
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records
• Support additional AP functions and projects as needed

Requirements:

• Previous accounts payable experience
• Hands-on Coupa experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a steady invoice workload and meet deadlines
• Stable employment history
• Comfortable working onsite four days per week in Fort Lauderdale
