Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Attorney (Delaware-Barred) - Hybrid

A plaintiff-side personal injury firm is seeking a Medical Malpractice Attorney with an active Delaware bar license and medical malpractice experience. This attorney will manage med-mal matters from early case evaluation through litigation and resolution. Hybrid work available for Delaware-barred attorneys with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop plaintiff medical malpractice claims (liability, causation, damages)
• Review and analyze medical records; build case strategy and timelines
• Draft and file pleadings; manage discovery and motion practice
• Coordinate with and prepare medical experts; handle depositions
• Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, and trial (as needed)
• Provide responsive, compassionate client communication and accurate file documentation

Qualifications

• J.D. and active Delaware bar license (required)
• 5+ years of experience as an attorney, with plaintiff medical malpractice experience
• Strong legal writing, organization, and litigation skills
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and move cases forward independently

Compensation

• Base salary starting at $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Bonus/benefits package details available upon request
