Personal Injury Paralegal – Temp-to-Hire

Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Full-Time
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join a busy legal team in Miami. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with hands-on personal injury experience who can independently manage cases, communicate effectively with clients, and keep matters moving from pre-litigation through settlement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through settlement.
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers in both English and Spanish.
  • Draft correspondence, legal documents, demand letters, and settlement packages.
  • Request, obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other case documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files while tracking important deadlines.
  • Schedule appointments, depositions, and other case-related activities.
  • Provide clients with regular updates regarding the status of their cases.
  • Assist attorneys with ongoing case management and preparation as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of personal injury paralegal experience required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Solid understanding of personal injury case processes from pre-litigation through settlement.
  • Experience preparing legal correspondence, demands, and settlement documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; experience with legal case management software preferred.
