We are seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support inventory, materials, production, and shipping operations for a fast-paced organization in Valencia, CA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain inventory and materials.

• Assist with production schedules and work orders.

• Support incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Track materials and ensure inventory records are accurate.

• Coordinate materials needed for production and operational requirements.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

• Communicate with internal teams regarding inventory, materials, and shipment needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory control, shipping, production, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or materials coordination.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.
