Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in business litigation plus 2+ years of relevant legal practice
  • Demonstrated ability to litigate matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Admission to the Delaware State Bar
  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Additional experience with alternative dispute resolution or relevant legal specializations
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced litigation environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience, specifically in business law

Other Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be be able to go in office when required
