Logistics Customer Service Representative

Location: Doral, FL
Work Arrangement: 

An established logistics company is seeking a bilingual Logistics Customer Service Representative to support customers and coordinate daily freight operations. This position is responsible for tracking shipments, providing status updates, maintaining accurate shipping documentation, and working with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipment-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track import and export shipments from pickup through delivery
• Provide customers with timely shipment updates by phone and email
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, truckers, warehouses, and internal departments
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and cargo bookings
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation
• Enter and update shipment information in logistics systems
• Research and resolve shipment delays, missing documentation, cargo discrepancies, and service issues
• Respond to customer questions and ensure proper follow-up through resolution
• Maintain organized and accurate shipment files and records

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, transportation, or shipment coordination
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is required due to regular interaction with English- and Spanish-speaking customers, carriers, and business partners.
• Strong customer service, phone, and email communication skills
• Experience tracking shipments and handling shipping documentation
• Strong organization, follow-up, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Magaya, CargoWise, or another logistics system is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in Doral
