Wire Processing Specialist / Wire Investigations — [Miami, FL]

Pay: $30–$33/hour
Type: Contract — minimum 1 year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
No weekends

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in a bank wire transfer department
• Wire processing AND wire investigations experience — MUST HAVE
• Fedwire and/or SWIFT experience
• FedLink experience highly preferred, not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish — required
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, FATCA, and Travel Rule regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive transactions
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Main focus: Processing domestic and international wire transfers, monitoring Fedwire/SWIFT/online banking channels, researching and resolving wire investigations and discrepancies, reconciling GL accounts tied to wires, and ensuring full compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, FATCA, and Dodd-Frank remittance rules.
