Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Professional

Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced High-Volume Recruiter to support a fast-paced talent acquisition team. This position will manage recruiting activity across multiple roles and locations, including positions in Canada. The ideal candidate is organized, resilient, and comfortable balancing a large workload while maintaining consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions and locations
• Source and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
• Manage a high volume of recruiting transactions and activities
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, priorities, and challenges
• Coordinate interviews, candidate updates, feedback, and next steps
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate and requisition records
• Keep candidates moving efficiently through each stage of the recruitment process
• Communicate recruiting progress, challenges, and activity during stakeholder meetings and monthly business reviews
• Serve as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
• Participate in training and onboarding activities, particularly at the beginning of the assignment

Qualifications:

• Previous high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience managing multiple requisitions, candidates, and locations simultaneously
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• French verbal and written fluency is a plus
• Experience recruiting within a technical or nonprofit environment is a plus
