Medical Records Clerk — [Chattanooga, TN]
Pay: $15–$18/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Fully remote, occasional in-person work required in Chattanooga, TN

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in medical records
• HIPAA compliance knowledge — required
• EMR systems experience — required
• Notary certification preferred (may be required depending on state)
• Comfortable with high-volume document processing and backlog management

Main focus: Processing and maintaining medical records documentation, printing and preparing forms/certifications/requests, notarizing documents as needed, and assisting with backlog processing — all while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance. Equipment (computer, printer, scanner) provided.
