Position Overview
An established global B2B manufacturer serving industrial and technical-product markets is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day digital customer acquisition and channel execution from its Jacksonville office.
This newly created role is ideal for a well-rounded digital marketer who enjoys working in a lean, collaborative environment and can move comfortably between campaign strategy, content creation, marketing automation, website updates, social media, and performance analysis. The Digital Marketing Manager will have an existing project roadmap, defined processes, internal collaboration, and access to outside specialists while remaining accountable for turning priorities into measurable results.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor position rather than a people-management role. The successful candidate will personally execute the work while coordinating with marketing, sales, subject-matter experts, and external resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated B2B digital campaigns that increase awareness, engage prospective customers, and generate qualified leads.
- Manage email marketing and lifecycle programs through HubSpot, including audience segmentation, campaign development, automation workflows, lead nurturing, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate customer acquisition efforts across paid media, social media, email, website content, landing pages, and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain and improve website content through WordPress, ensuring pages remain accurate, current, on-brand, and aligned with campaign and conversion goals.
- Create and manage landing pages, lead-capture experiences, forms, and supporting campaign content.
- Monitor digital performance through Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, and channel-specific reporting tools.
- Build dashboards and recurring reports that translate marketing data into practical recommendations and measurable improvements.
- Develop and manage B2B social media programs, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking through Hootsuite or a comparable platform.
- Collaborate with external specialists supporting paid search, technical SEO, and other digital optimization initiatives.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and subject-matter experts to create effective web, email, social, campaign, and product-oriented content.
- Maintain an organized project pipeline and manage multiple digital initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment.
- Support trade-show and event marketing through digital lead capture, post-event nurturing, and occasional on-site content collection.
- Stay current on digital marketing platforms, customer-acquisition practices, analytics capabilities, and emerging opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Approximately seven or more years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, product marketing, content marketing, or a related area, or an equivalent level of directly comparable hands-on ownership.
- Demonstrated success executing digital marketing work directly across multiple channels rather than relying entirely on agencies or internal specialists.
- Experience developing digital campaigns tied to lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, or another measurable business outcome.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation and email platform, including segmentation, workflows, nurture programs, and campaign reporting.
- Experience managing WordPress or another business content management system, including routine page updates and landing-page execution.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance reporting, with the ability to interpret data and recommend action.
- Experience managing business social media programs through Hootsuite or a comparable platform.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create and edit content for websites, email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and other digital channels.
- Strong project-management and organizational skills, including the ability to balance multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in a smaller or lean organization where one person may own planning, execution, coordination, and analysis across several channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in Jacksonville five days per week.
Preferred Experience
- Digital marketing experience within manufacturing, industrial products, technical products, distribution, OEM, or another sales-led B2B environment.
- Experience supporting longer or more complex B2B customer journeys involving sales-team or channel-partner handoffs.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Experience working with outside agencies or consultants while retaining ownership of campaign direction, execution, measurement, and results.
- Experience building or improving digital processes, reporting structures, or acquisition programs within a small or growing organization.
- Ability to quantify improvements in qualified leads, conversion, engagement, pipeline contribution, traffic quality, campaign efficiency, or nurture performance.
What This Role Offers
- A visible opportunity to shape and execute a growing organization’s digital marketing program.
- Broad ownership across customer acquisition, email, website content, social media, analytics, and campaign execution.
- Established priorities and internal guidance combined with meaningful autonomy over day-to-day delivery.
- Collaboration with knowledgeable internal stakeholders and specialized external resources.
- Competitive base compensation, a performance-based bonus opportunity, comprehensive benefits, and professional growth within an established global organization.
