Care Coordinator

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join a rapidly growing medical review services organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is excited to grow alongside a company in its early stages.

The Care Coordinator will play an important role in managing scheduling, maintaining accurate case information, communicating with multiple parties, and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling between patients, medical providers, attorneys, referral partners, and other involved parties

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized, up-to-date case information

  • Communicate professionally with referral partners and provide clear information regarding available services

  • Follow up with appropriate parties to help keep scheduling and case processes moving forward

  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Assist with administrative and operational needs as the organization continues to grow

  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

  • Adapt to changing processes, priorities, and responsibilities within a startup environment

Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • 2+ years of cooridnation experience (preferred healthcare or legal industry) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and completing tasks

  • Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment

  • Strong data entry and general computer skills

  • Interest in long-term growth and contributing to the development of a growing organization
