French-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Healthcare

Location: Downtown Miami, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time, Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a fluent French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a healthcare organization in Downtown Miami. This position supports international members and medical providers with healthcare-related inquiries, treatment coordination, eligibility, authorizations, and documentation.

Fluency in standard French is required. Candidates must be able to communicate professionally in French with clients and providers. French Creole does not meet the language requirement for this position.

We are interviewing this week and looking for candidates who can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to international members and healthcare providers via phone and email.
• Communicate fluently and professionally in French and English.
• Assist with treatment authorizations, eligibility verification, and healthcare-related inquiries.
• Coordinate medical cases and follow up on required documentation.
• Maintain accurate member, provider, and case information.
• Research and resolve questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure cases are handled efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English required.
• Must have professional-level verbal and written French communication skills.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare or health insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Downtown Miami, Monday–Friday.
• Must be available to interview immediately and start ASAP.

Pay Rate: $21/hour

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long-term employment.
