Contract Audit Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Audit Analyst to review sales contracts, reports, and invoices to identify billing discrepancies and ensure accurate payment.

Responsibilities

• Audit contracts against sales reports and invoices.
• Identify and document billing errors and underpayments.
• Analyze data and research discrepancies.
• Communicate findings to internal teams and account representatives.
• Work through a backlog of accounts requiring review.

Qualifications

• Accounting, Finance, or Business degree in progress preferred.
• Candidates with AP, billing, AR, or audit experience also considered.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel and financial data.

Details

• $20–$22/hour
• 6–12 month project
• Monday & Friday: Remote
• Tuesday–Thursday: In office
• Flexible scheduling available for college students.
