A privately owned apparel wholesale company in Midtown Manhattan is hiring an AP Lead. This is a growth hire on a close-knit finance team where leadership listens to new ideas and puts good process improvements into practice. You’ll support two sister companies, own the AP function, and help lead the company’s upcoming move from QuickBooks to MS Dynamics.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle AP for two related entities, including postings, vendor management, and expense reports
• Monitor AP aging, prepare AP KPIs, and support cash forecasting
• Work with inventory and shipping to keep vendor payables accurate
• Partner with the Controllers, VP of Finance, and CFO on process improvements and the ERP implementation

What You Bring

• 5+ years of AP experience in a wholesale environment (required)
• Experience working with inventory
• QuickBooks experience; exposure to MS Dynamics is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Discretionary bonus tied to company performance
• Hybrid schedule: fully on-site for the first 30 days, then 4 days in office (9–6)
