Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for supervising production personnel, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packaging operations and production staff.

• Monitor productivity, workflow, and operational performance.

• Ensure packaging processes meet established quality and safety standards.

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily production activities.

• Identify and resolve production challenges to minimize downtime.

• Train, coach, and support team members.

• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency.

• Maintain production documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging operations.

• Strong understanding of packaging processes and production workflows.

• Experience managing employees in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of workplace safety and quality standards.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production goals.
