Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL - In-office / Hybrid Schedule

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Billing & Collections Specialist to support day-to-day billing operations and collections efforts. The role involves partnering cross-functionally to ensure timely billing and payment processing, maintaining compliance with organizational policies, and contributing to overall financial accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage electronic billing processes and collections activities for legal accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of billing and collections activity
• Support the resolution of any billing or payment issues to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of legal e-billing and collections experience
• Experience with Aderant billing software preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Law firm experience
