Entry-Level Assembler – 4-Day Workweek!

Location: West Chester, OH 45246
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:00 PM
Pay: $17/hr
Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a hands-on opportunity with a three-day weekend? We're hiring Assemblers in West Chester, Ohio!

If you enjoy working with your hands, have mechanical or electrical experience, and want to build your skills in manufacturing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join a production team assembling molded products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Experience is welcome, but this is an entry-level opportunity for candidates with approximately 0–1 year of experience and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Assist with foam molding and assembly processes.

• Prepare molds by trimming, tucking, and lining them with film.

• Remove finished products from molds and organize parts for additional processing.

• Inspect products for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.

• Maintain clean molds and an organized work area.

• Record daily production data, test results, and quality issues.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and 6S organization standards.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Electrical or mechanical experience required.

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or hands-on technical experience is a plus.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Reliable attendance, good communication, and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds as needed.
