Production Associate – Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support daily manufacturing and production operations. This role involves assembling, inspecting, packaging, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality standards and a safe, organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a team, and can thrive in a fast-paced production setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with daily manufacturing, assembly, and production activities.
• Operate basic production equipment and machinery as trained.
• Inspect products and materials for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Load and unload materials and move products throughout the production area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and all safety guidelines.
• Monitor production materials and notify supervisors of shortages or equipment issues.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required by the position.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new processes.
