  • Manage large-scale data center electrical installations, including power distribution systems, cabling infrastructure, and white space fit-outs.

  • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, estimates, and resource allocation plans.

  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with client and industry standards.

  • Coordinate and supervise project teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Manage procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Oversee project financials, including cost forecasting, billing, collections, and budget adjustments.

  • Manage requests for proposals (RFPs), change orders, and project documentation.

  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast labor, equipment, and material requirements.

  • Provide regular project updates, financial reports, and progress assessments to senior management.

  • Identify potential project risks and implement solutions to minimize delays and cost overruns.

  • Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.

  • Promote continuous improvement in project execution, safety, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience.

  • 5+ years of electrical project management experience overseeing large-scale, complex IT, telecommunications, or data center infrastructure construction projects.

  • Demonstrated experience managing electrical construction scopes for data centers, including power distribution systems, electrical cabling, and white space installations.

  • Experience with electrical retrofits in operational facilities and an understanding of critical facility systems.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and subcontractor management.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in high-pressure environments.

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with project management software and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

  • Experience managing project teams and coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Equivalent combinations of education, relevant certifications, and industry experience will be considered.
