Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado
• Appears at hearings, both in-person and virtual
• Argues Motions
• Defend and Takes Depositions
• Takes cases to settlement
• 10+ years of trial experience
• Appears as first-chair for cases at trial
