Our client, an esteemed food manufacture is seeking a Jr Business Manager to join their growing team in Chicago IL. 

Essential Role Functions 

Travel Required 

Fill store displays and support our clients Mainstream stores in Chicagoland and Southern WI. 

Arrange and build products on shelves and display cases to make them visually appealing. 

Monitor and maintain product inventory levels when stocking. 

Restock merchandise as it sells to maintain a full and visually appealing display. 

Help with resets in current and new stores when needed. 

Calls on small retail grocers on a frequent basis in effort to drive case/dollar sales and to develop company brands.  

Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. 

Coordinates various company processes such as customer service, logistics, credit management. 

Vacation relief for Business Manager covering their routes. 

Work Experience Requirements for This Role 

High school diploma or equivalent degree 

Driver's License and reliable transportation 

Willingness to learn 

Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time 

Shift: Day shift  

Schedule: Flexible 40 Hours/Week
