Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Quality Assurance Examiner, responsible for executing the finished parts and products examination and inspection process. This role involves ensuring conformance through the use of controlled procedures, inspection tasks, product descriptions, and reference materials.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Perform finished parts and product examinations and inspections to specified standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the metric system and proficiency in using measurement equipment for inspection purposes.
• Understand and comply with the sampling process.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with the Unique Device Identification (UDI) System.
• Communicate and assist with nonconforming material, with entries documented and tracked in SAP.
• Contribute to and assist in process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain quality assurance areas in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work experience in a similar environment is helpful.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Use of SAP is preferred but not required.
• Math skills using the metric system.

• Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation.
• Work effectively in both team settings and independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally.

• High level of customer service with a positive attitude.
