Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Positions
Location: Doral and Coral Gables, FL

We are currently recruiting for a few of our clients in the Doral and Coral Gables area, and we are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable positions. Positions Available:

• Accounts Payable Specialist
• Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process and verify invoices for accuracy.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and control reports.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Generate and send out invoices.
• Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
