Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tax Coordinator to support our tax department. The role involves assisting with tax filing, compliance, documentation, and reporting to ensure the company adheres to all relevant tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.

• Gather and maintain tax-related documentation.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws.

• Support audit preparation and respond to inquiries from external parties.

• Conduct research on tax laws and assist with process improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate tax treatment of transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in tax compliance or related area.

• Strong knowledge of tax laws and reporting requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tax software.

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
