• Fluent in Englsih and Spanish 
• Able to work closely with the Attorney
• Litigation scheduling assistant
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel 
• Scheduling of mediation and depositions
• Sending and tracking letters to clients
• Organizing notices and letters for depositions and/or mediations
• Calling clients to confirm appointments
• Compose letters, pleadings, motions
• Filing motions for extension of time if required
• Other duties as assigned
