A successful General Contractor are looking to hire a Construction Superintendent in Palm Beach Gardens. The individual will need to live within a 25 mile radius from Palm Beach Gardens. This is a huge growth opportunity.

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Key Responsibilities

Manage all on-site construction activities for the clubhouse project from start to finish.

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.

Work closely with project managers, developers, and inspectors to maintain communication and resolve any issues.

Maintain accurate project documentation, daily logs, and progress reports.

Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction; experience with amenity or clubhouse

projects is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to manage field operations and coordinate multiple trades.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Willingness to travel within the Palm Beach and surrounding areas as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with top-tier residential developers.

Interest or experience in regional operations or multi-project supervision.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
