We are seeking a skilled and reliable AP/AR Specialist for a temporary position covering a maternity leave. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail and prior experience handling both accounts payable and receivable functions.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing

• 3-way matching of invoices, POs, and receipts

• Resolving billing discrepancies and vendor issues

• Supporting inventory-related accounting functions

• Performing bank reconciliations

• Processing data entry and payment applications

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field (required)

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Redhorse accounting software is a plus (not required)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Must be currently unemployed and available to start immediately
