About the Role:

We are seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our team on a short-term contract basis (1–3 months) with strong potential for permanent hire. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about helping others, comfortable working in a flexible schedule (never overnight), and fluent in both English and Spanish.

If you have prior experience in healthcare, that’s a plus—but not required to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Accurately input customer information and update records
• Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and healthcare information
• Adapt to different shifts and scheduling needs (may work as late as 9:00 PM)

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – required
• Previous experience in healthcare or medical office settings – preferred
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and data entry
• Ability to work flexible hours (never overnight; possible late evenings)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
