Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: $17/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our accounting and production teams. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in data entry within an accounting or sales order environment and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems.
• Support accounting and production teams with data entry needs.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with reports and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of data entry experience, preferably in an accounting or sales order environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
