We are seeking a Product Acceptance Specialist to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will verify product conformance to design and quality standards through detailed inspections and documentation. You’ll perform both dimensional and visual inspections, audit documentation, and support non-conformance reviews and resolutions. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and strong collaboration across production and QA teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections of incoming parts/materials and outgoing products to ensure compliance with design specifications and certification standards.

  • Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using tools such as micrometers, calipers, pin/ring gauges, and indicators.

  • Review, verify, and disposition certification documentation to meet AS9100 and internal traceability standards.

  • Identify and document non-conformances; segregate and control non-conforming products.

  • Conduct preliminary reviews and support dispositioning of non-conforming materials.

  • Participate in customer product reviews during verification processes.

  • Initiate corrective action requests for repetitive or significant non-conformances.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other inspectors across various skill levels.


Required Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of relevant inspection or quality assurance experience (4–6 years preferred)

  • Strong understanding of QA inspection methods and First Article Inspections

  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, verbal communication)

  • Familiarity with AS9100 standards and compliance

  • Hands-on experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges, comparators, and smart scopes

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

  • Comfortable using ERP systems (SAP preferred)

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must pass a color and near-vision exam


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a related field

  • Experience working within aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environments

  • Prior experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
