Schedule: Full-time (Temporary – approx. 12 weeks)

Hourly Pay:

$20.00/hour

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our onboarding process for trade professionals. While HR experience is helpful, it’s not required — what matters most is that you’re organized, great with data entry, and ready to jump in and help us keep things running smoothly.

This is a temporary role for approximately 12 weeks, with the potential to become a full-time position if you're the right fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with onboarding tasks for new trade professionals

• Enter and update employee information and documentation accurately

• Collect, review, and organize new hire paperwork

• Follow up with new hires and internal teams for missing information

• Maintain confidential records and ensure data accuracy

• Provide general administrative support to the onboarding team

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable with data entry and working with digital files

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Quick learner with a team-first attitude

• Experience in HR, staffing, or onboarding is a plus, but not required
