About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. This is an onsite position ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in property and casualty or personal injury matters

     

  • Proven ability to handle 100+ active cases simultaneously

     

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

     

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

     

  • Proficiency in legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and trial preparation

     

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and support staff

     

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with case management from intake through trial

     

  • Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, subpoenas, and discovery

     

  • Organize and maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines

     

  • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and experts

     

  • Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and deposition summaries

     

  • File documents with courts and manage e-filing systems
