Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Utility Associate to join our team in Florence, KY. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of our facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and common spaces

• Assist with routine facility maintenance and basic repairs

• Support warehouse or production teams with material handling as needed

• Safely operate utility equipment and tools

• Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company standards

• Maintain supply inventories and report low stock

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

• Assist with other operational tasks and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous utility, janitorial, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Comfortable working in varying temperatures or production environments

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Team-oriented with good communication skills
