Now Hiring: Office Administration & Accounting Specialist

Join a Growing Personal Injury Firm in Charlotte, NC

Are you the organized, detail-driven backbone every busy office wishes they had?
Do you thrive in a role where your administrative skill meets your love for clean, accurate numbers? If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced legal environment, our Charlotte-based personal injury law firm wants to meet you.

We’re looking for an Office Administration & Accounting Specialist who is equal parts multitasker, problem-solver, communicator, and financial wiz. In this hybrid role, you’ll be essential to keeping our operations smooth, our financials accurate, and our legal teams fully supported.

What You’ll Do

Administrative & Office Support

  • Keep daily office operations running like clockwork—scheduling, correspondence, filing, and workflow organization.

  • Assist the Office Manager with staff coordination, onboarding, and supply management.

  • Serve as a welcoming point of contact for vendors, visitors, and service providers.

  • Help maintain firm compliance, professionalism, and operational efficiency.

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff when needed.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and recording client receipts.

  • Prepare accurate settlement disbursements while ensuring compliance with trust and escrow rules.

  • Assist with trust account monitoring and reconciliation in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

  • Maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.

  • Collaborate with the Office Manager and accounting team on budgeting, financial review, and audit preparation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in legal administration, bookkeeping, or a similar hybrid administrative/accounting role (preferred).

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting; experience with legal billing or case management systems is a plus.

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment—without sacrificing accuracy.

  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism with confidential information.

Who Thrives Here

A proactive, dependable professional who enjoys being the go-to support person. Someone who takes pride in getting the details right, keeping systems smooth, and supporting a team dedicated to helping injured clients receive the justice they deserve.
