Overview:
Ascendo is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Specialist to support our client, a leading jewelry and e-commerce company, during a high-volume period. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, who is very proficient in Excel and inventory systems, ready to work in a fast-paced environment ensuring smooth inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull, invoice, and package e-commerce orders.
• Track and process internal inventory transfers and returns.
• Apply RFID tags and manage labeling for new jewelry.
• Maintain accurate records through scanning, data entry, and Excel tracking.
• Conduct audit counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support organization and movement of products within the vault.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel or inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work efficiently on-site both independently and in a team.
