Key Responsibilities:

• Support and lead employee orientation and onboarding processes

• Assist with benefits administration and employee records using various HRIS software

• Payroll processing is a plus

• Handle a variety of HR administrative tasks in a dynamic and high-volume setting

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR experience

• A bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field is a plus

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
