About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting human resources data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with a solid understanding of HR processes to drive efficiency, improve workforce planning, and optimize overall organizational performance.

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various systems (HRIS, payroll, recruiting platforms, etc.) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership and business partners.

• Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, employee engagement, turnover, and other key HR areas.

• Partner with HR and business leaders to translate data into actionable strategies and support organizational initiatives.

• Monitor key HR metrics, such as headcount, attrition, diversity, and performance, and report findings to stakeholders.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR reporting and analytics.

• Support HR projects and initiatives with data-driven insights.
