Litigation Paralegal - Buckhead, Atlanta, GA

Onsite in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Full-time, onsite with hybrid flexibility after 90-day probationary period Experience Required: 5+ years in property & casualty litigation, federal litigation, and homeowner litigation.

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our law firm client's dynamic team in Buckhead, Atlanta. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment and has a proven track record supporting attorneys in complex litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, and trial support in property & casualty, federal, and homeowner litigation.

     

  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

     

  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.

     

  • Manage case files, maintain deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.

     

  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to support case strategy.

     

  • Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and assist with trial logistics.

     

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience with emphasis on property & casualty, federal, and homeowner litigation.

     

  • Strong knowledge of federal and Georgia state court procedures.

     

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

     

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

     

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

     

  • Ability to work onsite in Buckhead, with hybrid flexibility available after the probationary period.
